What is Functional Dump?

All dumps are functional its just that only some are more functional than others. A truely functional dump is one of which there is no real experience because it is purley functional e.g. you are extremely busy and the your sphincter starts sending messages that a dump is imminent however you don't have the time to enjoy it so it is simply a quick sit and shit.
