1.) A rather... Constructive argument. Usually consists of the parties involved arguing why their opponent is correct (not a particularly effective way to filibuster a bill in congress).
2.)Any fungal condition.
"Oh my goodness, Bryan is so effective in the arts of the Fungument!"
"I have a fungument all over. I don't know what to do. I'm beginning to look like a tree."
