A corporate put-some-shine-on-this- poopterm for an unpaid furlough of five or more consecutive work-days. Often said with heavy irony. A combination of the words furlough and vacation.

Chris: "Where are you going on your furcation?"

Mike: "To buy a bunch of ramen noodles, sit on the couch, and try not to spend any money."
