A face that has disturbing or unproporitional qualities. Also used to describe a certain facial expression made which is particularly unusual, not intended to be funny, but undoubtly is to the viewer.
"Yeah sure, I'll go to the winter formal with you Jeanette, just as soon as you get something done about that futsface and/or Louie Anderson gets laid"
