a statement made when fiction is necessary, but you want a time limit on your lie to feel better about yourself and keep you out of hell. it's a lie now, but it will be true later. also a lie that is told if you don't plan to commit the act you are lying about again.
I told her I never slept with that girl. I don't tell lies, I tell futuretruths.
