What is Fuzzy Goggles?

A ritual usually performed when someone passes out due to excessive drinking the presence of others. A man sneaks up behind the victim, and squats over them, placing his testicles in the sleeping victims eyes, while another person takes a photograph. The photograph is then revealed at a later date, usually to the victim's girlfriend or parents.
Tom fell asleep first, so Ray snuck up behind him and gave him a pair of fuzzy goggles.
