What is Fwipsky?

One who is clueless to its surroundings, but holds importance unto everything nonetheless. Fwipskies are usually seen about in the world on a daily basis by most people.
Fwipsky can also describe a good feeling. Example: (1) I'm feeling fwipsky! (2) boy, those muffins sure look fwipsky.
