What is Fwonkie?

A piece of construction or design (especially computer related) that is sub-standard and/or unreliable.

Fwonkie was discovered when it was also revealed that the technician "Frankie" could not write Engrish properly.

This computer is completely fwonkie, the machine reboots when I insert the USB key.
