This stands for "Get A Freakin' Clue", or the less child-proof Get a Fucking Clue. It's uttered out of frustration of people who seem to expect other people to read documents containing knowledge for them and report back.
Nope, we're arrogant towards anybody who won't GAFC, RTFM and STFW.
