What is Gak-ho?

Derogatory term for a pesky homeless female methamphetamine (gak) addict who volunteers (in many cases begs) to offer up her seedy sexuality - sometimes rife with STD's sporting bright-red, oversized infections livid to the touch - and pungent pussy soiled with yesterday's cumstains from last week's load, in her perpetual plot to partake of possibly puny portions of her pet poison. Said (and sad) specimens are described as "dope simple", i.e. their myopic mania for meth has trained their brains to be lean, mean meth-eating machines - all else gets filtered out and eventually discarded. Gak-ho's have one god - Gak; one goal - Getting Gak; and one way to grind it - Gash. Which makes spotting these slatterns as simple as 1,2,3...
Hooked on her first hit hauled from the glowing glass globe held by a googly-eyed guy for the giggly girl, she was a gak-ho from the get-go.
