A term used to describe someone who claims to be "in love" with a girl just to hook up with her, once this is accomplished a galgo then tries to hookup with all her other friends, completely forgetting about the first girl.
Girls are very vulnerable to galgos and will usually fall for his lies and charming ways.
girl one: I can't believe he's trying to hookup with you now! He told me he loved you last week!
girl two: Well, it doesn't matter he loves me now!
girl three: you're both stupid! he's obviously a typical galgo!
