A firm= 5-10 guys

2 firms= a crew or cru

3 cru's= a gang

a gang normally has 1 or 2 'hardcore' firms which are not to be messed with, one of these firms will be the 'phycho firm' who will take anybody on.

gangs are similar to clan's
