A breakfast high in cholesterol, fat, and sodium; possessing the calories necessary to prepare for the gangsta activities of the day (shooting hoops, driving in the six fowith a gangsta lean, general playabehaviour, looking tough). For example, eggs, sausage and pancakes. (Chicken wings and malt liquorare for dinner.)

Sammywoke up around noon, threw on some bling, jumped in the six foand headed to the local greasy spoon for a gangsta breakfast before heading to the park to shoot some hoops.
