A person who is high on marijuana. Refers most often to someone who is really high, extremely blazed, or blasted. Although the short-form, beast, is most often used.
"Yo we've been blazing for a good 2 hours now and my teeth feel like razor blades made out of jelly."
"What the hell are you talking about you crazy beast?"
