What is Ganjaitis?

a cold/disease/flu you get, but you want it to sound cool or worse than it sounds so you mix it with ganja (weed/cannabis) and itis (which is on most diseases)
Fred: "oh hey man, why havent you been at skool?"
Bob: " ohh, ive just come down with some ganjaitis
