What is Garbage Plate?

An awesome meal that consist of.. Home Fries, Hot Dog or Hamburger, Mac Salad, Baked Beans, Hot Sause and LOADS OF KETCHUP. All things are optional. I like mine minus the Mac Salad and Baked Beans. Famous in Rochester, NY at a place called Nick Tahoe's.
Let's go to Nick's and grab a garbage plate.

Just about an entire cookout (burger or hotdog, mac salad, fried, hotsauce, condements, usually served with bread) on a foam food tray. All in all about 3000 calories and enough food to last several days.
The garbage plate is proof the god love the people of Rochester and wants up to be happy.
