Also used a general insult to a person around you.
Can be shortened to numerous other slang terms such as garm, ga-key, key, gak, and danny glover.
"yo man, why'd you drink my beer? that ish is garmkey son."
"ya son, you see that ho coming down the block, she straight up garm to the nTH, you smell me doggy?"
