What is Garrats?

A group of losers who sit around outside of the Garrett Food Court every freakin' day. They were goth in high school, usually, but now become offended if you call them goth. They love obscure literature, movies, music and make references to them often.
1. The Garrats love to set fire to stuff.
2. Nobody else is here, so I guess I am the Garrats.
3. Gee, I'm not obscure enough to be a Garrat.
