Old pikey word originating in the south East of England. Means to display a crazed anger.

This expression refers to Freddie Garrity, from 60's pop group Freddie and the Dreamers.

He was famous for a truly ridiculous dance that involved kicking up each foot sideways, whilst keeping his knees together. (Resembling a man desperately in need of a toilet).
