GarsinX is a derogatory term used to describe obese and annoying teenagers on the internet. Sometimes the term is used simply as a substitute for "fail".

These people seek attention and fame with fake achievements including (but not limited to) youtube videos, rick roll schemes, hiding behind masks, and hacking websites.
