A term used to describe a person that exceeds the normal douchebag status. A gartelman is normally a frequent liar and, in many cases, dates freshman sluts.

The term "gartelman" can only be used to describe a person that is seen on a regular basis and that is a very large piece of douche that cannot be ignored.
