What is Gashkam?

A breed of Northern English male occasionally spotted in the South. Appears to be a normal young man although in fact is really a drunken asphyxi-wanking beast who wears t-shirts that are a size too small. Beware of a gashkam on a night out.
Chris : "What the fuck was that gashkam up to last night?"
Eddie : "Some v sketch shit. After some beasting on the glockenspiel he was sick on the carpet and we had to leave."
