1. A person who doesn't pull up to the first gas pump, making the car behind it wait until he is done.
2. Also, a person who leaves his car at the pump while he goes inside the mini-market to buy coffee and some food, leaving the car behind him to wait until he comes back out and moves his car.

2. That gas-hole is inside buying coffee and I can't access the pump until he moves his !@#$% car!
