When a person using chewing tobacco for extended periods of time the inside lip and lower gumline become calloused with a wrinkled appearance. This is known as a gator lip.

dammit leroy i done been chewing this nastiness for near 10 years now and i'll be god damned if this aint the worst ol' gator lip i seen.
