What is Gawaka?

The sound that is made by a woman during the act of rough fellatio. In order to drop the jaw more and allow further penetration by the penis the woman is forced to flatten her tounge and push air out of her mouth. This results in the "gwuh" initial noise, after this the "awaka" is made when the penis is thrust hard into the back of her throat.
