A term describing a gay male who feels he (or any other gay in the vicinity) needs to lose a few pounds to meet the unrealistic standards of gay culture, despite the fact that they'd be considered skinny/athletic/lean by straight standards.
Gay 1: Oooh, he's hot.
Gay 2: Mmm, I dunno, looks a li'l gaybese to me... you can see ain't got a six-pack under that shirt.
Gay 3: Oh I know him, he's straight.
Gay 2: Oooh, he's hot.
