What is Gaynaded?

When your playing Call of Duty 4 or any other shooter game, and you get hit by a grenade that you no chance of running away from.
Your walking, and someone cooks a grenade all the way and throws it, and it just happens to land right by you, and there nothing you can do, thats gaynaded
