What is Gaytained?

Something above and beyond maintained. Refering to a friend of mine selling his car. He had all of the records, sales reciept, everything was original. He and his partner had the car for 24 years. They never ate in the car. The car was better than perfect.
This house is beautiful, it's been gaytained.
