a homosexual that expects/wishes that most other people that they meet are gay.
for example:
person1: "did you see how that guy just picked up his coffee? he is totally gay."
person2: "you are such a gay-wisher. his wife is standing next to him. he has a wedding ring on. you just want him to be gay because he's hot."
person1: "no, he totally looked at my crotch he wants me."
person2: "you are a delusional gay-wisher."
