The largest possible level of douchedom. Far superior to reaching the pinnacle of douchedom. There is only one human being to be able to achieve this amazing feat. That human is named "Mitchell E. H." His full name is not to be revealed due to the embarrassment he has brought to his family. Things that allowed him to achieve this title include showing off all the time to women and thinking that they are impressed.
Not even John Edwards or Josh J. D. has been able to achieve Mitchell's title as G-Douche
