What is Gecougheit?

Word used to acknowledge that a person you are talking with has just coughed, to express concern for the other person's health (or at least to break an awkward silence). (Analogous to 'gesundheit' for sneezing, which literally means "be in good health.)
Person A: (coughs)
Person B: "Gecougheit!"
