The overwhelming need or desire to have stronger/better ability to work with and manipulate technology. Typically found in people with little or no technical ability, this condition can cause feelings of inferiority and inadequacy.
John: Allen just doesn't get it. He can barely turn his computer on and he wants to be a programmer.
Chris: Yeah, he has major geek envy.
