A male 'fashion' cut, perhaps from Toni & Guy, which costs way more than it's worth. Usually featuring randomly dyed areas and irregular lengthed spiky bits. Ruffle his hair, and he'll most probably cry.
Bob: Jesus Christ, look at the geek pie over there.
Dick: What an absolute fag.
