Anything you want it to be when speaking with someone from a Scandavanian nation when you don't know what to call something. This word can be utilized in a similar fashion as the slang term "whatyoumacallit".
Can you direct me to the pharmacy where I can pick up some "Geflaktaflusen" (band aids, hair gel, deoderant, shampoo, etc..)?
