A person who will live a very average, stereotypical, middle class generic life/lifestyle.
A good example of this is a uni graduate getting married settleing down and having kids in their mid 20's and shopping in 'sainsburies', one of the most generic supermarkets around (hence the reference to trolly *shoping trolly*)
