Describes NYC as it was since Mayor Giuliani's regime...er, reign as city mayor as the gentrification either began or was in progress and remains so with thanks to Mayor Bloomberg. One section in a particular borough is reported to be overrun with stroller nazis.

New York City has lost so much of it's uniqueness and flavor within the last decade or two of gentrification that we should start calling it GENNYC.
