A person whom conspires to utilize all system resources on any given workstation no matter how many resources the workstation may have.
It was a beefed-up workstation; dual 2.4 GHz processors, 4GB RAM. This; however, did not daunt Tom from bringing the system to its knees by opening too many projects at once.
