The Geordi, name taken from Geordi LaForge from star trek (blind guy with the glasses), is a finisher move. When you are either getting dome or having sex with a girl, you finish blowing your load where ever, then while your dick is still hard you smear it from one eye to the other across her face.
Example 1: Man last night Reyanna was giving me dome right. I blew my load and everything but after i was done i accidentally smeared my dick across her face from one eye to the other. She hasn't talked to me since!
