To get an orange, is slang term for the act of masturbation. It's usage is mainly limited to computer hackers of a certain age, who are embarrassed by openly talking about masturbation to their peers.
One must be careful though while in the process of getting an orange, because the juice that comes from within the orange can be harmfull (and hurt like hell) if it goes into ones eye.
