Simply put - when entering any restroom, mens or womens, the disgusting smell that makes you feel like blowing chunks when someones shit has ridden above above the "water level" of the toilet to fowl the air. Hence, getting air!
As Johnny entered the restroom to make a smush deposit, he was overcome by Tony's ability at getting air.
