What is Ghetto Dips?

When a gas station has a little or no chewing tabacco selection. Usually found in the ghettos where chewing tobacco is not popular. Usually in place of chewing tobacco is blunt wraps and swisher sweets.
Me and my homies were getting ready to chew but all the gas stations around here got ghetto dips!
