What is Ghettoshopped?

A photo that has been either:

a) edited in a backwards program like MS Paint

b) edited to clumsily add text like 'Bling' 'gangsta' 'xscenex' or crude effects

c) edited in a roundabout or rough way by someone unfamiliar with Photoshoptools.

Most pictures on myspace are ghettoshopped.
