What is Giegle?

A young adult male who frequents the middle school partys, galas, events, etc. One who also is commonly dating those with ages similar to his younger siblings. Attractions range from ages 9 to 16. Often carries large backpacks to attract the young, intelligent prey.
"Dave, what the hell is wrong with you? She's only 15! Your acting like a damn Giegle!"
