A place where large quantities of stupid, ignorant, idiotic, childish, etc... people gather on the internet, in an online game, in real life, or anywhere in general.
Person 1: OMG! Have you been to GameFAQs message boards? I was looking for info on Gears Of War and it seems that all they did was make fun of homeless and crippled people.
Person 2: Dude, you didn't know? They always do that! It's the net's #1 Gimporium!
