Named after the legendary Cream drummer, Ginger Baker, the "ginger breaker" is a martial arts maneuver in which the combatant performing the move headbutts the opponent's face whilst grabbing and twisting the testes.
After suffering a serious ginger breaker from his instructor, Joey found himself in the hospital with a disfigured face and mangled testicles.
