What is Giraud?

A large, horrifying, third-eye pimple smack dab in the centre of one's forehead. A giraud often stays on the face anytime between one week to eternity, and are often covered up with hats or headpieces. Coined after Matt Giraud, American Idol 8 Contestant/Chronic giraud haver.
