"a girl tells you a time she will be someplace, add on 5-15 minutes to that=girl logic."

An appeal to emotion or some kind of irrational argument by a woman. Usually made to somebody she is involved in a relationship with.
Also used to incorrectly describe proper arguments made by women when her partner is later retelling an argument to his friends.
Dude, she used girl logic on me, there was no way I could have won the argument no matter what I said.
