to "give it toes" simply means to leave. More specifically to go home or somewhere else when the place you are currently has served its purpose or become boring. In personal experience it is acceptable to abbreviate the phrase down to "toes?" when asking somebody familiar with the term.
"I've had enough of this place, let's give it toes."
