What is Give The Pez?

Salutation involving a reverse head nod where the chin makes a quick up and out motion, similar to the movement of the head on a pez dispenser. Especially helpful when wanting to say hello, but not wanting to engage in idle conversation.

"Hey, I saw whats-his-name from accounting the other day while I was at lunch."

"Did you say hi?"

"No didn't have time, but I did give the pez so he'd know I saw him."
