What is Gizmotronic?

Gizmotronics, I believe first used by by a vehicle technician when attempting to explain complex electro mechanical systems to a layman.
Can be used by technician or layman alike when referring to any electrical device which performs a spectacular or unusual function, especially when the persons talking about said device do not fully understand the internal workings
can also be referred to as "gismotery"
"how does the metal detector work?"
"it s the gizmotronics in the device which detect the metal
Whilst having a discussion about large LCD t.v's
" the LCD panel is important but it is the gizmotronics behind it that determine the quality of picture
